Kelly Rowland just celebrated her 7-year anniversary with husband Tim Weatherspoon in the most relatable way: with a sweet Instagram shout-out.
“HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MY LOVE!!” Kelly wrote in the caption of several pics and videos of herself and her husband. “I choose you, I choose us! I choose love!!” There’s a little of everything in the mix, including Kelly and Tim doing a photoshoot together, at a Black Panther party, posing for a selfie, and hanging out in bathing suits on a dock next to gorgeous turquoise water.

Worth noting: Kelly and Tim welcomed their second son, Noah, in January.
Kelly previously shared her diet and exercise routine with Women’s Health, and she’s not messing around here. She starts her day with oatmeal topped with raspberries and chia seeds, before tackling a 90-minute workout session with her trainer, Massy Arias.
She likes to mix up her exercises, doing a blend of cardio, weighted crunches, and band work. She also hilariously shared that she fantasizes during her workout about what she’s going to eat afterward: “I am obsessed with sandwiches. A turkey sandwich with mustard and rye and sprouts and onion and sometimes a little avocado…”
Around dinnertime, she’ll have chicken or fish and do asparagus or a salad. While Kelly said she doesn’t really count calories, she said she usually avoids eating past 7 p.m., although she tries to snack healthy when she has late-night recording sessions. “Trust me, there are some days when it’s hard to look at seeds and nuts and fruit when everybody’s got French fries and burgers and Roscoe’s chicken and waffles at midnight,” she says.
While Kelly hasn’t shared what she’s been doing for fitness after having baby Noah, E! reported that Kelly cycled through five fitness DVDs—including Bikini Bootcamp, Cardio Kickboxing, and Power Yoga—after having her first son, Titan, back in 2015.
