The polysaccharides found in dandelions possess anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties which help play a role in lowering levels of inflammation.

How to make dandelion tea
Pick the dandelion roots and throw them into a food processor.
Dry them in an oven until completely dry or until they turn brown.
Add the roots to water in a pan and bring to boil simmering for 20 minutes.
Strain the liquid and enjoy it as a delicious tea.
Research has shown that some herbs may slow hair loss or help promote new growth.
